Cavolo Nero with Chorizo, Garlic and Preserved Lemon.

This remains one of my favourite recipes from Ottolenghi’s cookbook “SIMPLE”. The preserved lemon kicks all the flavours up a notch, and the final dollop of sour cream pulls it all together.
